Help Install problem

I cant install the game anymore i have had it installed but i deleted it without using uninstall and anytime i try to reinstall it says its already installed










If anyone could please help i would be thankfull.
 
Meh. It's for sure, because you didin't unistall every file of Warzone CS:GO. Now your computer thinks that the game is still installed on your PC. You have to find the rest of Warzone CS:GO's files and delete 'em.
