Help Launcher crashes when offline

The CS:GO launcher crashes when I'm offline. The offline thing happens occasionally. It's pretty boring because all of the games I have installed are already played by me and some are multiplayer only. That I can fix, but I can't do anything about the launcher crashing when I'm offline. Sometimes my PC doesn't reach the wifi's range so this happens. I tried pasting the linked pictures, repairing it while offline, still no luck. Can anyone please help me about this?

Nevermind, I just found out that you can open Loader.exe instead of the Launcher itself when offline.
