Help Launcher problem when i start it

Ok my problem happens when i try to open my launcher it doesn't appear. i checked on my task manager that the process appear but dissapears in a moment. can somebody help me to fix this issue?. i wanna play this game.i tried to open the game only the exe(loader) but i't doesnt let me play because something about direct or something doesnt let me play the exe(loader) so that is extrange for me

Have you tried running the launcher as administrator while both anti virus and firewall are off ?

i tried as administrator and without my antivirus. but i didn't tried with my firewall off im gonna try
