Help Loader.exe and csgo.exe is missing.

I have had this problem for 3 days and I reinstalled the setup.exe and ran the setup once again but it still doesnt install the loader and csgo.exe.
 
Hello, as many threads here have same solution i will write again... your windows defender, firewall, antivirus or some other software delete that files.
 
Some AVs don't necessarily put files in quarantine since they aren't infected but just behave suspiciously, they just block files from being accessed and you need to manually check blocked files list to unblock them (normally you get notifications).
As I said depends of the AV you have, check yours.
