bro i just fixed the above problem but another problem started game does not updates..it says Update failed and try again.....Game is running fine but connecting to a server it gets back to the homepage

Check your firewall rest all the settings and lunch the luncher as administration and accept the firewall msg
 
run as admin
 
run as admin than update... there is so much threads about same question... u can search a bit
 
Disable av disable firewall disable windows defender, use vpn use hotspotshield... All that i say on 100 threads... U download from steam server official so u have problems on pc or your isp block update ip adress
