Help Skin doesn't show in game

Since the last update my skin doesn't show in game
I've tried to change EnableNSNetSvc both "UDP", and "both"
Any solution?

Before update it worked fine offline with bots and online servers .....Now cant even use usp instead of p2000 offline with bots
. loadout is a MESS offline after the 1.37.3.7fix1 update

Before update it worked perfectly with bots and its not skins only proplem its loadout in general u cant use usp offline any more.

Skin does work with bots. I've use it for months before the last update
