Help Skins do not show in any server and i am stuck with stock in them

All my skins are all selected in the inventory, so that is ok.
However, when i join any community server, they do not appear on my guns
i am sure i have selected them because i played practice against bots and they loaded in about a second or so
but when i join any server, they don't appear
