Help STEAM validation rejected

So I installed CS:GO Warzone and whenever i'm offline it says "STEAM validation rejected" (I only play against bots), I tried sv_lan 1 but it does not load skins, is there anything I can try to do?

I have the same problem. Any fix?

Close STEAM, go to the folder where Steam is installed and erase the clientregistry.blob file
