Help tier0.dll error

when i open csgo i start a normal game and after loading it crashes and shows tier0.dll error i changed tier0.dll and it didn't work i reinstalled the game an the same error stays


can anyone please have a solution for this error

Disable antivirus and windows defender. Than update and verify game.
