Unban me please!

I don't know what I have done! I mean I can't do anything wrong or right as it was my first launch and I just went to OaO servers in csgo and I got message that I have banned. There was no reason provided and there is no reason to ban me! I just downloaded csgo warzone setup from warzone site, installed and updated it and clicked on ur server and I got that message .
Here are my details.
Nickname: Player ( I reinstalled game to see if that works but it didn't worked my name was Ivan Markov yesterday.)
Steam id :STEAM_1:0:1121481557
One more thing,
Game lags like hell.
I got ping more than 250 in all other servers! It's not my internet problem as for other games like condition zero it's just 80 to 90!
What to do for it,?
But first pls unban me i haven't did any harm as it was my first launch!

Yeah yeah..You are banned and you try to remove ban by reinstalling game.. but..that wont work ;)

PLs tell me what can I do? And I haven't done any special efforts for installing some kind of wallhack software :(
I just installed and went to play. Is this possible if there was wallhack already installed there?
I don't even know how to use those mods! Pls help me...
 
Ok ok i have posted that there too :/
But can u tell how to find wallhack files if they exist in game? Bcz i haven't installed it still I got banned for that reason:(
