Important Skins do not show ingame even in Bots Match

So i had this error "Steam validation rejected" because i didnt turn off steam and some post said to put "sv_lan 1" in console so i did since that skins do not show ingame even with Bots

I also experienced the same thing, but I tried to reinstall and tried not to click verify game and update, and this worked the game ran smoothly
